My husband who hardly ever forwards emails and has stated many times, “I can’t stand those email forwards” FORWARDED me this via email.  He emailed, “Don’t normally send these but thought it was nice”.

It’s not nice.  It’s PERFECT!

Human BEING bold - Losing my hair for Leukaemia

It’s ironic I registered on January 11th to shave my head and raise
funds for the Leukaemia foundation and then attend a funeral for my
uncle who passed away on January 17th to cancer.

It wasn’t leukaemia but a taker of human life all the same.

2012 Year of LOVE

Love is both a noun based on feelings and emotions and a verb based in actions.

The amateur image I created above does not mince words on what LOVE is for me.

Actions are not just any old superficial surface value actions perceived and displayed by the masses on specific occassions and events.  I do not refer to displays of actions on birthdays, anniversaries or even Valentines Day that is held by many as the annual day of love.

Love is actions, small and insignificant or big and bold, all day everyday that is rooted deep in the intention of what matters to me in my life.  I work hard at it because it is as important as breathing is to life.

I must confess and it may also be true for many that I need to work on love for me.  It does not however stop me from actions in all other areas of what matters to me.  These other areas are manifestations of love for me.

Love for me is also letting go and walking away from things that are not ready for love.

Love for me is ferociously guarding my mind and what I allow into that space.  Not giving power to what does not align with me and my love.

Love does not have time for excuses and apologies.  Time does not care for them either.

Get in there and love everything you do and do absolutely nothing about what does not love you.

If you don’t know what does not love you…LOOK AT THE ACTIONS they speak louder than any words.
